RETURN We offer a return policy for store credit or refund due to product defects, delivery mistake or no satisfaction.
The customer MUST contact us within 3 business days after receiving the package. The delivery date is based on our carrier's tracking system.
Refund will be issued within 3 days upon the returned item (s) received through customer's original payment method.
We will not refund shipping charges in any of the return reasons mentioned above. 10% restocking charge for Non-defect item (s) returned for refund.
In case the customer requests an exchange for any of the above reasons, the replaced item (s) will be shipped upon the original item (s) received. Customer is responsible for all return postage.
CANCELLATION - Item canceled with notice will be same as none paying bidder. We might cancel a non-shipped item (s) and fully refund it as long as the customer contacted us within 24 hours prior to the shipping date. If the order is already shipped or if the order were shipped in less then 24 hours after the request has been sent then the customer should wait to get the package and contact us for return procedures as mentioned above. |
